For beginners seeking to start snorkelling, Meeru has you covered. Our in-house professional dive centre, Euro-Divers, offers snorkelling lessons and equipment rental services. Alternatively, you can bring in your snorkelling equipment or buy some from our gift shop. The expert team will show you the ropes and soon enough, you’ll be ready to go on snorkelling adventures.
If you are a confident snorkeller, call your buddy and head over to the Snorkelling Trail on the northern tip of the island. The easily visible floating buoys mark the trail to follow from the beach to the snorkelling site and back. As always do not touch or step on the coral, or feed the marine life. For safety, be mindful of the current and avoid over-exerting yourself.

While you can snorkel all year round, the best time to snorkel in the Maldives is between January and April.
